2024 Rivian R1T in Oregon

As a 2024 model, the Rivian R1T is a current or near-new vehicle. Newer model years typically have higher insurance premiums in Oregon due to higher replacement costs, but may also benefit from advanced safety features that qualify for discounts.

Oregon has a lemon law that protects buyers of new Rivian R1T vehicles. If your 2024 R1T has a substantial defect that the manufacturer cannot repair after a reasonable number of attempts, you may be entitled to a replacement vehicle or a full refund under Oregon law.
