2025 Volkswagen Atlas in Florida

Florida has a lemon law that protects buyers of new Volkswagen Atlas vehicles. If your 2025 Atlas has a substantial defect that the manufacturer cannot repair after a reasonable number of attempts, you may be entitled to a replacement vehicle or a full refund under Florida law. Florida's Lemon Law covers new or demonstrator vehicles within 24 months of delivery.
